The Concept
Tan Society was created to ensure you have the ease and access to a luxury space to safely and quickly get an even all over glow – anytime you want.
Jump straight into the booth, knowing that you can be in and out, warm and dry, within 4-6 minutes. Gone are the days you need to get naked in front of anyone or make small chat. Bookings are required to ensure you have the room all to yourself while you bronze up! We can’t wait for you to try out luxury space and become part of the Tan Society.
How to Use Our Room:

booth correctly.
It may seem a bit overwhelming to begin with, but once you
do it a few times, it will be extremely easy. Any questions or if you would
like to book a time to be shown into the room and how to use the booth please

Safety and Entry into Tan Society
Your safety and privacy are our number one priority, Our contactless room is inside a staffed salon during their opening hours. However you do need to enter in through the Tan Society door which is located down the laneway next door to the lift. Members are the only ones that can access this door with our app. A booking is required to be made to ensure you have 15 minutes in the room uninterrupted. After 15 minutes the door will unlock and will need to be ready for the next person. We have security cameras set up outside of the after hours door for your safety.
The "why" behind Tan Society
Katy shares her background, and her “why” for creating Tan Society.
With a background in the beauty and cosmetic industry, and starting her first business back in 2012 as a mobile spray tanner, Katy has always felt spray tanning as a necessity in her beauty routine. After having her second baby, and gaining 20kg, all Katy wanted was to be tanned to help her feel more confident as being bronzed always did. However, getting naked and making small chat with someone while feeling self conscious was the last thing she wanted to do. She also had a 3 year old at home with her everyday so booking a spray tan appointment was a difficult task.
Katy created Tan Society with this experience and time in mind. A space where you don’t ever have to get naked in front of anyone ever again. A luxurious yet warm vibe that is welcoming to all of its members anytime of the day or night. Need to get tanned at 6am before the family wakes up? Never had a tan before because it all looked too intimidating? Or just need to have your usual weekly Thursday spray? Tan Society has thought of all of this for you.
Katy’s vision of tanning heaven has finally come to life and she can’t wait to have you as part of the Tan Society family.

Tan Society is located around the corner of ITS ALL ABOUT BROWS salon and down the laneway.
The address: 1A/191 Varsity Prd, Varisty Lakes.
Tan Society is located on side of the salon and next door to the lift from the carpark. Parking is either on the street or you can park in the underground parking around the corner on Moores Ave. You will find stairs straight up to the salon, or a lift that opens up right next door to Tan Societys private entry door. Bookings are required and can booked through the Tan Society App for our members only. You have 15 minutes in the room.
